Nine hotel rooms in Sahanlahti Resort
Between the main building and the shoreline you’ll find Hotel Väentupa, a peaceful lakeside accommodation offering nine spacious rooms for single or double occupancy, as well as the exclusive Elsa Suite.
The rooms combine timeless charm with modern comfort, featuring traditional wooden floors and stylish contemporary interiors that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each room includes a private bathroom, TV, minibar, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Guests can enjoy either a private balcony or a shared veranda (shared between two rooms), with scenic views overlooking Lake Saimaa or the surrounding forest landscapes.
All rooms are designed as double rooms but can be booked for single use, with the option to add an extra bed or baby crib if needed. Pets and additional bedding are welcome for an extra nightly fee.
A high-quality breakfast, prepared from fresh local ingredients, is served daily in the main building and is included in the accommodation price unless otherwise stated.
Beyond accommodation, Hotel Väentupa also provides versatile facilities for meetings, private events, and gatherings. Just a short walk away, you’ll also find the Artturi sauna building, offering an authentic Finnish sauna experience close to the lakeside.
